Forget about streaming favorites on the TV!!! It's a logistical nightmare with dismal hallway lighting!!! Plus, the room key fiasco left us scrambling like lost child!!! Can't help but question the reservation process!!!

Large room with desk and hardwire internet cord in drawer (because the wireless wasn't working very well with our Mac), large bathroom, and excellent breakfast.

Wireless internet didn't work in our room. Staff was very anxious to help and get it solved but the hardwire plug-in was sufficient for us.

Location close enough to the boardwalk on the river, easy to access electrical outlets and nature. Nicely updated room and large bathroom, excellent breakfast...

Couples Escape for a Night

The room was large, very clean, and well decorated. The staff was friendly and they even helped us with directions to a great local spot for pizza after we checked in.

Wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

We only were at the Chateau Moncton for a few hours but hopefully will return next year and stay much longer.

Thank you for a very good stay. This brand-new hotel is fantastic with friendly bilingual and particularly helpful staff. Venue's breakfast is warm with eggs, meats. The hotel provides a good service.

great stay but minor breakfast issues

The staff provided really good service. The Beautiful King Room River View was spacious and offered a amazing view that enhanced my experience. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with an excellent variety, a lovely way to kick off my day.

The location was superb with the Petit Codiac river running behind the hotel. We could watch the tide from our window. Very peaceful and quiet. Highway ramps are right in front of the hotel, two supermarkets within walking distance. Same for the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth every penny. The breakfast is light but adequate when you consider the options.

Our room was exceptional and adequate provided with good breakfast, comfortable chair, for example. The location was magnificent, not too far from Cf Champlain Mall. Besides, it was really close to downtown restaurants, Moncton and local attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

Well, there was no restaurant.

It was just a decent option for a short stayover in Moncton with very good value for money. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, including fresh fruit and pancakes. If you need a quiet night, ask for a room away from the common areas.

Great hotel, room was very clean and nice. The beds were the best, like sleeping on a cloud!!!!! Free continental breakfast, you can't go wrong, delicious!!

Hotel was fantastic. The only thing would be is it would have been nice if the hotel had a pool, that way it would give the kids something to do.

The breakfast was sensational with lots of food. The airport was 0.5 km away.

The river view from my Queen Room was amazing-definitely a cherry on top! Plus, the breakfast was on point with hot eats and great coffee. What a delight! Can't forget how clean and spacious my room was. Pure bliss for a good night's sleep!

We had stayed there once before and loved the location as well as the rooms it is a really nice place, clean and the staff are very friendly.

Would like a little more variety for breakfast.
